As the company's ultimate four-door flagship, the all new XJ extends the appeal of the legendary XJ line to a new generation of customers.
The all-new XJ will be available in the US with a choice of three engines - a 5.0 liter 385hp naturally aspirated V8, 5.0 liter 470hp supercharged V8 and a 5.0 liter 510hp supercharged V8. In naturally-aspirated form, the XJ develops 380 lb. ft. of torque. The supercharged versions develop 424 lb. ft. and 461 lb. ft. of torque, respectively.

TOKYO (Dow Jones)--Honda Motor Co.'s (7267.TO) newly appointed president, Takanobu Ito, said Monday that the company will launch a sports car powered by a hybrid engine in February 2010.

Ito, 55, who replaced Takeo Fukui, 64, as president and chief executive of Japan's second-largest auto maker, also said that the company will launch a hybrid version of its Fit compact model by March 2011.

Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14 is created to do everything right. Right from the beginning. Its aerodynamics reminds users that Kawasaki is indeed an aircraft maker. The Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14 is based around Kawasaki motorcycles 1352cc four-stroke engine.

This most powerful of all Kawasaki-branded motorcycles was An inline-four, the ZX-14 is liquid cooled, and has four valves per cylinder. To make the engine super smooth, Kawasaki added two secondary balancers. With absolutely no engine vibration reaching the rider, it almost feels like like the ZX-14 doesn't have a powerband like most motorcycles.

Romanian designer Laurentiu Trifescu visualizes how a Lamborghini superbike could look like if the Italian supercar maker would ever consider producing one.

The name Caramelo comes, like in the case of most Lambo products, from a famous Spanish bull. This defeated a lion and a tiger in the Madrid arena in 1877. The animal’s courage and strength impressed the audience so much that they yelled for it to be spared and his name is remembered to this day.

Following the true Italian spirit, the Caramelo is supposed to be a superbike built on a tubular steel frame with single-sided swingarm and powered by a powerful 1000cc V4 engine. The design meets the edge style of the Murcielago and Gallardo and it is characterized by angular lines and cleaner surfaces.

Created by Gooichi Motorsports of Pittsburg it’s been fitted with with a stretched swingarm, custom-built exhaust, 18-inch spoked wheels, custom rear shock and more.

‘I wanted to go for an old school look,” says the bike’s owner who wanted to remain anonymous.

“So we sprayed it hot rod black with solid red flake scallops with red and white pin stripes. I also designed a nice air ride kit for it, along with some carbon pieces and custom side-mount exhaust. I even ended up making a one-off, 14in-over aluminium tubular swingarm to house a custom 300-wide fat spoked rim."

We’re sure it looks great cruising down the strip, but don’t fancy it through the twisties…
